As the Debt Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring our money advice service is delivered to high quality standards and in accordance with FCA regulations. You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services, helping the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives. You will undertake quality monitoring activities and also support the team through the provision of money advice via face to face, telephone and digital channels.

Citizens Advice Newcastle is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Debt Team Leader with Technical Supervision to start as soon as possible, there is opportunity for a hybrid model of home working and office working as required.
