We are looking for an experienced Employability Coach to join our Volunteering & Projects Team. The post holder will manage a small caseload of adults attending our Day Service who want to progress in to paid part-time employment, self-employment or individual volunteering placement.
Engage with appropriate target groups and provide high quality support,
guidance and mentoring to individuals by working with them to drive
transformational lifestyle changes
• Manage a caseload and maintain regular contact with all clients, ensuring that
the support journey is adequately recorded in a transparent, detailed and
