You can find out more about the accessibility of the building here

One Strawberry Lane also has accessible adult changing facilities and toilets. These facilities include an accessible shower with hoist and a toilet with emergency pull cord. If you'd like to use the accessible changing facilities, please notify the host at the entrance of the building when you arrive.

Blue Badge holders can park in a pay and display bay on nearby St Andrew's Street free of charge - you can park with your Blue Badge displayed for as long as you like as there is no time restriction. It is only if you park on the double yellow lines that you are restricted to 3 hours maximum. The same rules apply elsewhere in Newcastle City Centre for parking on street. In our car parks, you will have to pay the parking tariff, but you will get one hour free, which will give you time to return to your vehicle.

Other facilities at One Strawberry Lane include:

  • Co-working spaces and meeting rooms
  • CafĂ© (open 8.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m., Monday - Friday)
  • Free guest wi-fi
  • Faith room
  • First Aid room
  • Adult changing facilities
  • Designated smoking and vaping areas (outside)
  • Mental Health first aiders

If you would like more information about the building, please email hosts@onestrawberrylane.co.uk
