Job Purpose
To develop and manage the finance operation for Newcastle Hospitals Charity.
Oversee the financial reporting of Newcastle Hospitals Charity including production is the Annual Accounts.
To give comprehensive financial support and advice to senior managers and clinicians throughout the Trust on a range of complex or contentious issues thus facilitating effective management and control of charity finances.

To develop and manage a strategic finance operation for Newcastle Hospitals Charity.
To ensure the provision of a strategic, high quality financial accounting service, taking account of statutory regulations, Corporate Governance, Charity regulations and good accounting practice.
Oversee the annual financial management of Newcastle Hospitals Charity, meeting all regulatory and legal requirements e.g. Annual Report and Accounts.

Nourish Food School is a Newcastle-based social enterprise working across the North East delivering cookery classes, workshops and other food education programmes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Fundraising Coordinators to work as part of Newcastle Hospitals Charity, play a key role in delivering the ambitious Charity strategy, and be a key link between the hospital charity, NHS staff member, the local community and the local business community.

About the role
As the charity works to double the number of women it helps, we are recruiting for a Fundraising Lead to join our Newcastle team. Reporting to the Centre Manager, they will engage new and existing supporters and raise vital funds across events, grants and community fundraising to support of our mission.

As a Fundraising Manager at Spice FM, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to support our mission and financial sustainability. The successful candidate will have proven and successful track record in all areas of fundraising, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and grant funders.

We are looking for a motivated and innovative fundraiser to join us to take forward a programme of fundraising activities and campaigns.

In this role, you'll recruit and support volunteer fundraisers within the community. You'll inspire and bring out the best in our supporters, enabling them to achieve their fundraising goals and reach their potential. You will understand supporters' motivations and help them to support Newcastle Hospitals Charity in the way that appeals to them.
