Business Planning

Connected Voice's Support and Development team can work with your organisation to co-produce a Business Plan. This will involve an initial discovery stage - including desk-based research and group sessions - followed by the write-up and presentation of your jointly produced business plan.

Free Support

Is there something missing in your community? Do you have an idea about how to make a positive difference? We've been helping to establish and run successful charities and projects since 1929 so there's very little we don't know about how to turn a good idea into a thriving project.

Funding Support

Our experienced team are here to support you in every aspect of funding. Last year alone we helped local organisations to secure almost £1 million of grant funding.

Get the best possible start when setting up your charity or social enterprise. Our experts will assess how you operate and pre-empt any challenges ahead. We will work with you to help decide the best legal structure for your organisation or group.

A 360° review that will engage people from across your organisation, review documentation and make recommendations to improve your organisational culture, governance, financial management and impact.

Review and Write Policies

Our team at Connected Voice is experienced in writing and refreshing core policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practice.

Networks

Our Support and Development team facilitate a number of Networks for local voluntary and community organisations.

Training and events

We offer free training that helps you develop the specialist skills, knowledge and confidence you need to run your organisation successfully. We also run six Networking Events each year, each on a specific topical theme, bringing the local VCSE together, to share information and connect with each other.
