Provides support for men who are survivors of rape and abuse Survivors UK website
Healthwatch is the independent national champion for people who use health and social care services. Healthwatch finds out what matters to people, and helps make sure their views shape the support they need. Healthwatch website
You might be able to get free and confidential advice from Civil Legal Advice (CLA) as part of legal aid if you’re in England or Wales. Government website
Advice Centres can provide information and advice around debt and managing your finances. Find an independent Advice Centre near you. Advice UK website
British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) provides information about women’s reproductive choices including pregnancy, contraception and abortion. BPAS website
Provides parents and carers with independent advice and information on state education in England. ACE Education website
Provides help and support to victims of crime. Victim Support website
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates health and social care provision. Provides information about making a complaint about a social care provider. CQC website  
Sure Start centres give help and advice on child and family health, parenting, money, training and employment. Some centres also provide early learning and full day care for pre-school children.
