Trainer and participants

When you're working in a fast-paced and time-poor role, developing a communications strategy can be something that constantly slips to the bottom of your to-do list. But, it is essential for success - and not as dauting as it seems.

This session will help you to develop a strategic approach to your marketing and communications. It will help you to focus your efforts, streamline your time and reach your audience more effectively– a crucial part of how you achieve your organisation’s aims.

Through a mix of interactive presentations and group activities you will learn:

  • The key ingredients of a communications strategy
  • The importance of understanding your audience
  • Different types of campaigns and choosing the right communication channels
  • Tips on creating effective content

This session will be delivered online via Teams
