Business Planning
Connected Voice's Support and Development team can give free support on business planning complimented by our training.
If you want us to co-produce a business plan with your organisation you can take advantage of our Premium Service offer.
We will facilitate group sessions and workshops over three half days. These sessions will include:
- Exploring your Vision, Mission and Values
- Carrying out an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for your organisation (SWOT analysis)
- Developing and agreeing strategic objectives for your organisation
- Identifying the financial requirements and potential funding sources to make your venture viable and sustainable
We will then co-produce a Business Plan in line with the outcomes of the workshop and focused on the people using the service.
Prices start at £2,500 + VAT, depending on the size of your organisation.
