Royal Society of Chemistry - Diversity and Inclusion Fund
Closing date
Grants of up to £5,000 are available for projects that tackle equity, diversity and inclusion issues in the chemical sciences. Funding is open to Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) members worldwide.
It is also available to non-members who are based in the UK or the Republic of Ireland. Applicants can include individuals and organisations. This includes academic and industry researchers, schools, museums, community groups, not-for-profit organisations, arts organisations and libraries.
The Inclusion and Diversity Fund, run by the Royal Society of Chemistry, will close for applications at 5pm on 18 August 2026. In exceptional cases, one larger grant may also be awarded. Previous projects have focused on areas such as gender, disability, socio-economic background, language, race and ethnicity, and the LGBT+ community.
