The Nuffield Foundation Racial Diversity UK Fund: Racial Diversity, Inequality and Inclusion

Closing date

Grants of between £15,000 and £500,000 to organisations working on racial diversity, inequality and inclusion.

The fund is focused on research that strengthened understanding, informed public debate and helped shape policy and practice to address racial inequalities and discrimination.

The theme for this year’s funding round is intergenerational changes, continuities and challenges in a racially diverse UK.

It is interested in the opportunities and challenges of the UK’s racially diverse future, how these change over generations and how they are shaped by legacies of the UK’s colonial past.

It is interested in hearing from applicants from diverse backgrounds, particularly from individuals and organisations from racially minoritised communities, and said it strongly welcomed partnership proposals that brought together researchers and communities.
