Meet the funder - Henry Smith Charity

Our regular 'Meet the funder' events are an opportunity to hear from specific funders in depth, and ask questions about their criteria, processes and priorities.

This time we have Babs Evans, Head of Grants at Henry Smith Charity. Unfortunately the rail strike meant that she was unable to be at our recent Funding Fair, so we have arranged this online session. Whilst there's the opportunity to ask questions, we'll not be able to organise private conversations or address specific details for existing grantees. You're strongly advised to look at their website to establish you meet their eligibility criteria ahead of the session.

This session is ideal whether you are new to the role of fundraising in your organisation, or have been doing this for a while but want to develop your understanding and improve your chances of success.  

The session will help you :

• Understand the criteria, processes and priorities of the funder
• An opportunity to ask questions - but note that this is not a forum for an individual consultation.
• Understand about meeting funders expectations in a funding bid
