Arts Council Creative Foundations Fund: Repair, Upgrade or Adapt Buildings and Equipment
Closing date
The funding can be used to improve, repair, upgrade or adapt buildings and equipment where the work is essential to the organisation’s future operation.
There are two funding strands.
- Strand 1 offers grants of £100,000 to £1 million.
- Strand 2 offers grants of more than £1 million and up to £10 million.
Applicants must provide partnership funding of between 5% and 15%. Eligible costs include spending on long-term cultural assets, such as buildings, facilities or equipment. This can include urgent repairs or improvements needed to keep services open to the public.
Expressions of interest open on 22 June 2026 and close at noon on 17 July 2026.
Applicants successful at this stage will be invited to submit a full application by noon on 23 October 2026.
