Duration  

3 hours.  

This module can also be taken as part of our Social Justice Champion training, which lasts 12 hours.

  • How to support people who cannot instruct you  

Ability to-  

  • Support people to have their voices heard  
  • Identify and develop active listening skills  
  • Apply person-centred approaches to support  

Delivery:

Our Putting People First training is three hours long.

The session can be delivered online or in person, either in-house or within our fully accessible premises at One Strawberry Lane.
