True Colours Trust - UK Small Grants - Disabled children and young people

Grants of up to £10,000 are available to local organisations working with children and young people with disabilities and life-limiting conditions, and their families.

The trust will consider applications for:

Projects providing activities for disabled children, children with life-limiting conditions and their families
Bereavement support for children
Family support for parents of disabled children
Equipment and materials to support the projects

Registered charitable organisations and CICs with an annual income of under £350,000 are welcome to apply.
