Youth Work and Programmes Manager

STAFF ROLE

This is an exciting new role within NE Youth. Working closely with the Head of Youth Work and Programmes, the successful candidate will develop a range of diverse relationships and drive continuous quality improvement across our youth work and programmes. The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders is a must, as is experience of working with a range of organisations and professionals. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong project and staff management skills.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

This position is a 37.5 hours per week post. The post is based in Blaydon with regular regional travel required. Some evening and weekend working will be needed.

ORGANISATIONAL STANDARDS

The successful candidate will be expected to work within the principles of NE Youth’s organisational standards and to implement all aspects of its policy. The post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
