Curious Arts Trustee

Curious Arts is interested in hearing from experienced professionals and individuals who are passionate about the arts and committed to supporting our mission to increase dialogue and visibility of LGBTQIA+ culture across the North East and beyond.

We are looking to recruit a number of individuals to formally become a Curious Arts Trustee, joining us between May and September 2023. Prior Trustee and/or Board experience is not required, just the desire to utilise your knowledge and experience both professional and or personal to support the organisation’s development and resilience.

Whilst we welcome interest from people with varying skills and experiences, we would particularly like to meet individuals with skills and experience in:

• Fundraising
• Marketing and Communications
• Organisational Development
• Financial and legal sectors
• Charity governance

While Curious Arts is a LGBTQIA+ led charity organisation, we also very much encourage applications from allies who do not identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community but have an understanding of and care for the communities we work with.
