Charity Database and Information Officer

Job Purpose:

To lead in the management and development of the Charity’s CRM and its supporting systems.
Ensure that Charity policy regarding Data Protection and Information Governance is adhered to.
To assist in the, collection, storage, and updating of charity constituent information and the development of data collection processes.
To lead in the retrieval and analysis of data from a variety of data sources to support fundraising and supporter engagement.
To assist in the supervision of the Data & Donations assistant on a day-to-day basis.
To ensure all data to be populated into CRM system is accurate and complete.
To be responsible for producing reports as required and support analytical work of the Charity.
