Tell Us North CIC is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, intuitive, and flexible officer to work within our business team.
This role will add capacity to the existing business team and will primarily support the delivery of Healthwatch services in Gateshead and Newcastle, as well as assist the development of the organisation.
As part of the business team, you will accurately prepare and maintain human resources, governance, and financial records for the organisation. You will facilitate the efficient administrational running of the organisation in accordance with Tell Us North CIC policies and procedures and work with others to ensure we adhere to legislative and statutory requirements.
The post will also provide information, signposting, and support to the public to enable them to make informed choices regarding access to health and social care services.
You will also support the engagement activities of the organisation through the collection of residents, patients, and service user feedback including using databases by undertaking data entry and management.
The post will be supporting the office systems and the day-to-day administration in line with organisational priorities, aims and values. You will play a key role in providing effective business support to everyone at Tell Us North CIC, including Board Directors, members of the Committees, volunteers, and staff.
This role is office based to allow you to be the first point of call for all of our services to the public. You will be the person doing most of the meet and greet, taking phone calls, and being available to support the administrational needs of the teams.
