Business Services Manager

Tell Us North CIC is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a creative, insightful, and flexible manager to work within our business team. This role will add to the experience and skills of the existing management team to support the delivery of Healthwatch services in Gateshead and Newcastle as well as assist in the development of the organisation.

You will be responsible for managing governance processes, financial transactions, human resources systems, office activities, and the day-to-day administration in line with organisational priorities, aims and values.

You will line manage and enable the Business Support Officer and to ensure compliance, productivity, and bringing the best out of the staff team.

You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the efficient running of the organisation in accordance with Tell Us North CIC policies and procedures as well as ensuring we adhere to legislative and statutory requirements.

You will make sure we provide effective business support to everyone at Tell Us North CIC, including Board Directors, members of the committees, volunteers, and staff.
