As a Business Development Manager, you will report to the Programme Director and be a pivotal player in scaling our growth and impact. Your work will underpin our goal to be the leading provider of social welfare training services.
You will be accountable for identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your contributions will ensure our training services continue to meet the needs of our customers and amplify the reach of our mission. Along side promoting our fully funded opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with exceptional skills and a proven track record in business development. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social change and has a understanding of the social welfare sector.
Your outstanding interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively. Your exemplary organisational skills, creative problem solving and proactive nature will ensure you excel in this role and effectively managing a range of responsibilities.
