Trustee Roles and Responsibilities Training
This training will support your leadership to understand the roles and responsibilities of a Board of Trustees, as well as its legal structure and the basics of good charity governance. This will help ensure your charity’s work is responsible, effective, and legal.

- Through a combination of activities and discussions participants will:
- Understand the legal duties of trustees
- Understand the key roles and responsibilities of trustees
- Have a greater understanding of good charity governance
- Understand the role of members of staff in comparison to trustees of a charity
- Be clear about the Charity’s legal structure and key areas of its governing document
