Trustee Roles and Responsibilities Training

This training will support your leadership to understand the roles and responsibilities of a Board of Trustees, as well as its legal structure and the basics of good charity governance. This will help ensure your charity’s work is responsible, effective, and legal.

  • Understand the key roles and responsibilities of trustees
  • Have a greater understanding of good charity governance
  • Understand the role of members of staff in comparison to trustees of a charity  
  • Be clear about the Charity’s legal structure and key areas of its governing document
