The Mix

The Mix is an essential support service for young people under the age of 25. There is a free helpline to call for support, a 1-2-1 chat function and a crisis messenger function. As well, there are a number of categorised resources including housing, money and mental health with specific reference with how to manage during the Cost of Living crisis.
