Age UK has a range of resources on their website to help with the pressures caused by the cost of living crisis. They also have a section of useful guides and factsheets, as well as a free national advice line which older people are encouraged to contact if they are struggling with the cost of energy. There are local Age UK's in Gateshead and North Tyneside.
