Sure Start centres give help and advice on child and family health, parenting, money, training and employment. Some centres also provide early learning and full day care for pre-school children.
The National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) offers support to adult survivors of childhood abuse and training for those who support them. NAPAC website

Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) gives employees and employers free, impartial advice and information on workplace rights, rules and best practice. They also offer training and help to resolve disputes.
Trades Union Congress (TUC) provides information about unions and helps you find a union TUC website
Provides free advice for disabled people and fights injustice. Disability Law Service website
Healthwatch is the independent national champion for people who use health and social care services. Healthwatch finds out what matters to people, and helps make sure their views shape the support they need.
