Connected Voice, the local voluntary sector infrastructure support organisation for Newcastle and Gateshead, is proud to be part of Small Charity Week North East 2020. We've planned a range of innovative and timely events and opportunities across the week including Skills-Building Sessions and our Virtual Funding Fair with a live phone-in funding advice service. We're delighted that a number of our partner infrastructure organisations across the North East will be offering a phone-in service to their own localities alongside us.

Wednesday 17 June, 1pm: Launch of the Connected Voice Newcastle and Gateshead Virtual Funding Fair for Summer 2020 including:

  • Phone-In Funding Advice - Friends and colleagues in our sister organisations across the North-East are joining us to provide phone advice for local organisations in their areas too.   • Funder and Advice Area - including National Lottery Community Fund with a focus on Newcastle and Gateshead, North East Social Investment Fund, the Newcastle Fund and the full range of advice and support services from across the Connected Voice family. 

  • Expert Seminar Area - a series of 10-minute expert seminar videos, with a range of guidance, support and top-tips to help you build your fundraising skills and direct your precious time and energy to their most effective use.

  • Dragons' Den Showcase Area - a celebration of all that is best in the North-East voluntary, community charitable and social enterprise sector.

There is no registration or booking for the Funding Fair and it's not just for one day. We offer support, advice and guidance around funding and a whole host of other issues to help you be the best for your communities.
