We were delighted to see this morning that charity staff are included as key workers in the government’s latest guidance about childcare and school settings remaining open. However this is not the case for all charities. The guidance is clear that key worker status applies to staff who are in a position of providing key frontline services (or who are involved in the COVID-19 emergency response).

If that is the case for your staff you they should be able to continue to send their child(ren)to school/ childcare. As an employer, you will need to confirm this with them.
